Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy


Orders require a 100% down payment.  

Order cancellations must be made by 4 pm the day before for a full refund to your account. Events with 50-75 guests require a 72 hour notice for cancellation. Events with more than 75 guests require a 5 day notice for cancellation. Refund will be issued back to the credit card if payment made by credit card within 30days. Cash and Checks payment will take 30days also for refund.

Signed contract(s) for event(s) will be subjected to the terms and conditions agreed upon in the contract,  the above policy does not apply to signed contracts.
